|Recommended: YesFrom the location to the interior design qualities, The Edition is the premier apartment facility in the Fargo-Moorhead area. — Key elements in this complex are the qualities of the management and maintenance staff. Kendal always responds to any concerns expressed, and was extremely understanding and helpful when we needed to make some changes. His staff keeps the complex sparkling clean, and is very attentive to any specific cleaning concerns. I have recommended this property to several friends, some of whom are now becoming residents.
|Recommended: YesCould not ask for better — I'm into my first month at The Edition in Moorhead and wanted to share my honest opinion. To start, I could not be happier with my decision. I was very hesitant to move from my small town back to the city, but the experience at this place as well as the service have eased my worries.
I currently rent a two-story, 1 bedroom, 1.5 bath on the ground level. Here are some of my favorite features
1. Being large dog friendly This was huge for me. I have a golden retriever that goes everywhere with me, so this was a must in choosing my apartment. The walk out patio, dog park and dog spa were key amenities that influenced my decision.
2. Very well maintained. Between the cleanliness, landscaping, upkeep, and just the overall fresh feel makes living here comfortable. It is also quiet, secure, and gives such a safe feel.
3. The staff is friendly and helpful. With any question I may have, or issue I run into, the service is spectacular.
4. The quality of the space. The granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, full washer and dryer, high ceilings, layout, design, and details added are top notch.
5. Large gym with plenty of equipment, TVs, etc. Movie theater, pool table, and outdoor grilling patio to entertain friends. I chose the apartment because of these amenities, but due to COVID I have not had the opportunity to use them with friends yet. One day
6. Convenience. This place is near the edge of town for the inner farm girl in me , but still close to hop on the interstate quick or run into town for a few errands.
I'm sure there is more that I missed, but nonetheless I am more than satisfied. For my first apartment, I could not ask for better Thank you Kendal and his team for making me feel at home.
|Recommended: YesLOVE living at The Edition — We love the community aspect of The Edition The apartments are beautiful. The staff were flexible with us and were absolutely amazing to work with. The Edition apartments are located in a wonderful neighborhood It is nice to have such beautiful walking paths so close by.
